SYSTEMS
NTS systems are comprised of devices (electric panel and cell) along with ancillary equipment such as

water softner
well-pump (optional),
pressure reducing valve,
- flow-regulator,
- brine-container,
- collecting tank for the biocidal liquid

(upgraded auto controls are available for all models)
NTS systems produce biocidal liquids on the spot for use in a multitude of applications where there is the need for sterilization, disinfecting, cleaning and purification.
NTS devices are tailored to meet customers’ specifications and are proven to be very reliable ‘workhorses’ in various industries. Three (3) models of NTS systems are available: NTS/100, NTS/200 and NTS/400 capable, respectively, of generating 100, 200 or 400 liters per hour. Under certain circumstances, NTS can provide a single system to produce up to 1,000 liters per hour.
All NTS models consist of 2 enclosures to separate electricity and water:
- The electrical enclosure contains all printed circuit boards, power supply and all other electrical components needed to create a rectified AC-voltage.
- The hydraulic enclosure contains the Electrolytic cell, an educator, a solenoid valve and manual valves to adjust the parameters of the generated biocidal liquids.
The volume generated by these NTS devices can be manually adjusted. Factory set-up is:
- NEWater - Sanitizer
- 6.8 – 7.2 pH, an ORP over 800mV and with 350 to 500 ppm Free Available Chlorine (FAC)
- NEWater -Cleaner
- 11-13 pH and an ORP of -900mV or better
Features:

- Minimal hydraulic resistance against liquids ensures optimal flow rate.
- The electrodes and diaphragm are specifically designed to endure high electrochemical loading.
- The enclosures are made of non-corrosive materials.
- Tubes and connectors are of medical/food approved plastics and are highly resistant against aggressive solutions.
- A solenoid valve is included in the hydraulic enclosure to open/close the feed water.
- Automatic start /stop by means of level-switches, a flow-switch and/or a timer.
